Everyone Stopped To Watch A Flash Flood, But They Should Have Been Running

Motorists pulled over in Saudi Arabia to watch a flash flood, but it is the last place they should have been. Flash flooding is more dangerous than most people realize (even in Saudi Arabia, which is covered in deserts). These people were standing around watching the water slowly rise, when they probably should have been running.

Watch what happens when these people suddenly realize how a flood works.


Why were they watching flood waters rise from under a bridge? Did they not realize that that area was designed to clear out the water?
