Referring to himself as "The Bug Chef" a little more proudly than he should from a business standpoint, David George Gordon is a chef who specializes in dishes that contain scorpions, spiders, and grasshoppers as the primary ingredients over beef, chicken, and pork. Are bugs considered meat? He certainly thinks so.

Three-Bee Salad

Featuring 40 frozen adult bees, 60 frozen bee pupae, and 60 bee larvae, this is a salad unlike any other.

Deep-Fried Tarantula

Pretty self explanatory.

Sheesh! Kabobs

This one says you can use grasshoppers or "other large-bodied Orthoptera." Good to know.

Gordon's website includes the full list of ingredients that you'll need to make these dishes. He's also written several books about cooking weird things, and he's even available for appearances. I assume that he'll bring the bugs.
