When you wish upon a star, that star isn't supposed to blow up and illuminate the entire city.

This humongous shooting star appeared over Bangkok earlier this month. It lit up the entire sky before exploding. The spectacle still has people scratching their heads, and many wonder if it was actually a missile that blew up in the air. Others feel that nothing of this world could have created such a bizarre display.

This seriously looks like something that Superman would have to save us from. So far, nobody has been able to say what exactly caused the explosion. Let's just hope that someone in Thailand got their hands on some really intense fireworks.
