Pilot Dealing With Insane Winds Has To Abort Landing Because NOPE

Passengers aboard this CityJet airplane flying from London, England, to Cork, Ireland, experienced a nerve-wracking moment when the plane was battered by severe winds that forced the pilot to avoid landing...just as the plane's landing gear touched the runway.

It's one of those moments that could easily convince people to never fly again.


As scary as that might look, these types of landings (often called crab landings) are quite common. All pilots are trained to carry them out with ease.
